Shaun Reardon is a seasoned consultancy and advisory specialist bringing over 35 years of expertise in managing government and stakeholder relations, industrial relations and social procurement support services to the construction and related industries. He has held leadership and union representative roles in the construction industry for over 30 years including 20 years as an elected official of the CFMEU construction division. In 2008, Shaun was elected Vice President of the CFMEU Victorian branch and in 2012, elected Assistant Secretary and National Vice President. Between 2017 and 2019 Shaun was elected President of the Victorian Trades Hall Council representing over 40 affiliated unions and over 500,000 Victorian union members. From 2011 to 2017, Shaun served as a director on the board of CoInvest Long Service Leave Fund representing all Victorian construction workers. More recently, he worked as a consultant with the Victorian Government's Department of Justice and Community Safety in the design, development and implementation of a 'Pathways to Employment' initiative developing training programs within Victorian Prisons, and creating industry partnerships to successfully assist women and men leaving prison into employment.
